Ensuring that clear, relevant questions are asked to uncover the facts of the case and gaining an understanding of the perspectives, insights of parties involved.
Analysing Evidence
Carefully reviewing and analysing information collected to determine the facts of the case, identify patterns, inconsistencies and assess the credibility of the evidence presented.
Documentation
Documenting all aspects of the investigation, including interviews, findings, evidence and conclusions reached.
Report Writing
Compiling a detailed report summarising the investigation process, findings, conclusions and recommended actions. The report may be used to inform decision making and potential disciplinary measures.
Recommendations
Based on the investigation findings, the grievance investigator may make recommendations for corrective actions, resolution of the issue, policy changes, or training programmes to prevent similar grievances in the future.
Compliance
